SHIPPING 

All our orders are lovingly handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Victoria, Australia.

All orders within Australia are free shipping. International orders are charged USD $25 or free for orders over USD $300. We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post postal services.

Pure Oz products are handcrafted to order, so please allow between 1 and 10 business days for your product to be made specially for you!

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the transaction, please check all information is correct and notify if any changes need to be made.

Once we have shipped your order, Australia Post will email you with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way.

All deliveries require a signature on delivery, please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery upon arrival, otherwise a shipping card will be left in your mailbox, asking you to pick up the product from your nearest post office drop center. Delivery methods may vary depending on your country of residence.

RETURNS

At Pure Oz, we pride ourselves in making the highest quality sheepskin boots, and we hope all our customers love their purchase. However, we understand that’s not always going to be the case. If you wish to return your item, we’re happy to help.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the day you receive your delivery. Your order must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging and with all labels and swing tags still attached.

Please ensure you use a trusted postal or courier service with tracking to return your order, as we are in no way liable if your return is lost in transit.

Upon receipt of your return, we will reimburse you the price of the purchase, less the cost of shipping, to the same account you used to make your initial purchase. Refunds will be given only in the same form as the original payment.
