PLEASE NOTE THE CURRENT COVID-19 LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN LIFTED AND WE HAVE RESUMED OUR AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURING. WE THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR SUPPORT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME

All our products are lovingly handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Melbourne, Australia.

    • Australia - Free shipping and free returns
    • International - Free shipping for orders over $100 and easy returns. Orders under $100 incur a $25 shipping charge
  • We ship all orders from Melbourne, Australia, using signature required tracking service via Australia Post postal services.
  • Safety - All orders require a signature on delivery by the recipient. To ensure your order is delivered safely, we will not send using Safe Drop or Authority To Leave options. If you are not home, you will receive a card in your letterbox, with a nearby pick up address and can use the card and your ID to pick up the order.

      Pure Oz products are handcrafted to order, so please allow between 1 and 5 business days for your product to be made specially for you!

      Once you have placed your order, you will instantly receive an email confirming the transaction, please check all information is correct and notify if any changes need to be made within 12hrs.

      Tracking your order

      To track your package enter the tracking number here.  Note, sometimes the package is not scanned at all depots and may be intransit ahead of the data shown. Track your parcel 

      Returns & Exchanges 

      • Australia - Free 30 day returns for refund or one exchange. A prepaid label will be emailed for the free return.
      • International - 30 day returns for refund or one exchange. Goods must be returned at customer cost, using secure shipping method and a full refund will be made or a new exchange will be shipped out free of charge.
      • Goods can be exchanged for any other item from the store. If the price is lower than the original cost, a 1 year store credit will be issued. 
      • Goods must be in the original unused, undamaged, resellable condition and include all tags and packaging. Good that do not comply, will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
      • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
      • Please email admin@pureoz.com with your order number and details of a refund request or the exchange details of new style, colour and size. You will receive paperwork and delivery details and instructions.

        Please ensure you use a trusted postal or courier service with tracking to return your goods.

        Upon receipt of your return for refund, we will reimburse you the price of the total purchase, in the same form as the original payment.

        We only handle products bought from our online store. If you have purchased the product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
